NUTRITIONAL THERAPY & MENOPAUSE

A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) is trained to assess a client’s nutritional needs and to make a bio-individualized plan to re-balance the foundations of health such as digestion, blood sugar regulation, and fatty acid/mineral balance.  We will develop a plan and work on your personal health goals using whole, nutrient dense foods , supplemental and lifestyle strategies. NTP’s do not diagnose or “treat” illnesses or diseases.  We focus on foundational support to promote healthy function.  

As a post menopausal woman myself I am navigating through this dynamic time as well.  There are so many ways to support our health through nutrition and lifestyle changes.  It is so important to be proactive and supportive to ourselves during this time.
